At least they have a sense of humor about their deep, deep depravity.

So you move the controller up and down and the boobs follow the movement?
|
jyrque - 2009-11-27
The in-game jiggling is nothing like that. It's more spastic as you need to really shake the controller to get anything moving, making the tits resemble two puddings suffering of internal earthquakes.
|
RocketBlender - 2009-11-27 I can just see jyrque at home, furiously shaking his controller with his free hand, getting more disapponted with his purchase each passing minute.

Well, honestly, it's about all the sixaxis is good for. That thing has been the stupidest gimmick Sony has done to date.
|
RocketBlender - 2009-11-27 Honestly I keep forgetting the PS3 even has it most of the time. Thankfully, so do developers. The best games on the console (inFamous, Uncharted 2, MGS4, etc...) don't use it at all.
|
Dr. Lobotomy - 2009-11-27 Huh... MGS4 has sixaxis boob jiggling.

Merzbau - 2009-11-27 Ooh, I forgot a Sixaxis mechanic I hated even more than grenade throwing- the FUCKING balancing. You barely ever needed to do it, and it was never in any crucial situation; the most you ever risked from fucking it up was a six-foot fall and 30 seconds or so wasted as you got into position to try again. Mirror's Edge on the PS3 pulled that shit too, and in both games your input had almost no relation to which way your character was leaning. You could (and I did) put the controller on a completely flat, level surface and Drake/Faith would wobble like Kelsey Grammer taking a drunk test.
|
RocketBlender - 2009-11-27 I forgot about the last power in infamous, probably because it wasn't that great. From what you said, I'm glad I played Mirror's Edge on 360.
Anyway, Uncharted 2 lets you toggle motion control. I've never turned it on, so I don't know if there's balancing. With it turned off, you pretty much stay stuck to what you're trying to balance on unless you hit a button to jump or drop. It's nice. Grenades work the same way they did in games like Gears of War.

poorwill - 2009-11-28 "The best games on the console" and "MGS4". Non sequitir.

I thought virtual breast physics had already been perfected, but Team Ninja has apparently decided that breasts have the consistency of play-doh.

Japan is decades ahead of the west in breast physics.

balistic - 2009-11-28 eh, I still haven't seen any that change shape to any significant degree. They always look like implants.
GPU-based physics simulation should open up new vistas in soft-body dynamics.

Boobjiggle, boobjiggle, boobjiggle dot com, boobjiggle, boobjiggle, boobjiggle dot com, a hehehehehehe.

poorwill - 2009-11-28
Oh my fuck, are those breasts programmed to jiggle independent from each other?
