Bigfoot is not okay.

garcet71283 - 2009-12-15
In all fairness, he did clear the river.
Needs "dude, you ok?" tag.

Caminante Nocturno - 2009-12-15
Really, the landing is the most important part of the jump. If you don't pull that off, the jump is a failure.
Better luck next time, Bigfoot.

Judging by that snap, either his face broke the sound barrier or a lot of bones just became dust.
Probably both.

a flaming monkey - 2009-12-15 My God, that sound. It was like a basketball full of water bouncing off of concrete... hard!

100% successful.

kiint - 2009-12-15
I wish we could have seen the rest of the slow slide into the river
|
memedumpster - 2009-12-15
Where the hell was he TRYING to land!? Or did he think he would just start flying? The sound is horrifying.

that jump was like 3 stories up.

Chibisuke - 2009-12-15
Fuuuck. Why don't the people that upload these videos ever tell you about the aftermath?

When I was a kid we dared an older guy to do a jump almost exactly the same. He agreed, but was wearing motorcycle boots, so he said he'd do it if one of us let him borrow his shoes. My neighbor obliged him. This older chap gets a running start and clears the river, but when he lands he's up to his knees in the bank. He was unhurt, but took a while to get himself freed. Ruined my neighbor's shoes.

I believe he may have hurt himself there.

Thanks for playing Space Quest III. As usual, you've been a real hoot.

badideasinaction - 2009-12-15
I'm still trying to fathom what he thought would happen; where's the positive outcome of the two story drop, whether he clears a creek or not?
This idea might have made sense when I was 5. Maybe.

Syd Midnight - 2009-12-15 In the end, 6 inches of muddy water would have made things a great deal worse.
|
Udderdude - 2009-12-15
I consider this a success. Nowhere did it mention he was going to not get horribly injured.

Parkour!

Well, it's not the fallin', it's the jumpin'.

Menudo con queso - 2009-12-15
What's funniest is Camera Dude, slightly smarter than the rest of his crew, figuring out a second earlier than everyone else that this is too long a jump: "Aww." And then slowed down, it's just so precious to hear that dawning realization of Badness Is Occurring.

Time Traveling Clown - 2009-12-15
I'll never understand how these people expect anything other than some kind of horrible injury.
I'll also never stop being amused by these videos.
Also, as someone else pointed out earlier, needs a "Dude, you ok?" tag.

"Mr. Bigfoot, the doctor will see you now."
|
ez - 2009-12-15
The unexpected "Bigfoot" twist on "dude, you ok" makes it the most successful river jump since the Duke boys in my book.

I guess this really belongs on Break.com

sparklefatty - 2010-03-16
These people need to start watching some of these kinds of videos before they try to make their own.
or,
Bunch of kids got together and said to themselves hey, lets make a vid of somebody getting hurt.
