sunflowr_eyes - 2010-03-28 I don't exactly know what hopper privileges are, but yes I do have the ability to post videos for VOTING, and clearly there were enough VOTES to get this ridiculous one in. That's what VOTING is for. If you don't like it - vote it down!
Just because a video is submitted doesn't mean that it is good. It could suck really bad, which may provide it with enough votes to get through, which is what I believe happened in this case.
I believe I have been a member of this site for longer than many of you have been out of high school, so no, Rocket, I am not new, but good guess.
