That's what we call a river down here in southern California, not an aqueduct.

That bit at the beginning? That wasn't a special effect, that's actually Robert Patrick's running. The dude was so fast that when they first shot the scene he actually ran up to the motorcycle and tapped Edward Furlong on the shoulder.

I swear I counted atleast 10 upshifts on that dirt bike in the first minute.

This scene contains the cheapest special effect I've ever seen.
They legit just sped up the film during 3:52 through 4:08 whenever the motorcycle was in shot.
