I'm kind of sad that this is a placeholder voice- I like the little bastard. The constant interruptions at the end are pretty annoying but there are some great line readings in there.
wait WHAT? PLACEHOLDER? I found the idea of a Cockney robotic doodad strangely charming. five stars still for the delivery + treatment of "it's been a long time."

I really hope they- meaning Valve- meaning YOU, CHET- have him record a full dialogue track and keep it as an option or a bonus or something. The "no thanks, we're good, NO THANK YOU" alone is perfect.
But I can't do it if you're watching... :(
Oh Chet. Your work on Portal is enough for me to forgive you for not picking up the phone.
I love Valve, and Portal 2 looks amazing, but the last thing it needs is an overacting obnoxious sidekick.
