Nope, actually that article was written as a joke by somebody from Somethingawful. It's not from any real newspaper.

It seems unclear still why he ever took down his videos. He does seem different now, but it's nice to have him back.

Furthermore, upon looking at the "new" videos, it is clearly the same apartment, just cleaner. I suspect that he is far more medicated now than previously and is likely in an adult skills program of some sort. It's far from a "clean" environment, but it's "cleaner", and good for him.

One of his last videos was of him trying to clean his apartment and beseeching his viewers not to let their place get so bad.

He sounded pretty upset. He disappeared not long after that.
