This looks a lot like a movie I would have watched on Starz! when I was a kid.

It blows my mind that a trailer for a movie is blocked in Canada on copyright grounds. Apparently, we're not allowed to watch your advertisements.

I saw this on USA Up All Night back in the olden days.

The only good scene, and it is actually pretty funny, is Paulie from Rocky portraying General Noriega as a sad and lonely dictator. Other than that this movie's garbage...still better than Zohan though.
