There is no punchline. He's serious. Death is no excuse to stop working out. Even now Jack LaLane's corpse is hooked up to electronic muscle stimulators and Mexicans using pulleys are making him do jumping jacks.
Found this in volume 7 of "Lost and Found video night". Yes, the lack of context is part of what makes this so... evocative. What the hell is this? Rigor mortis? Forget it!
