No one would look at you funny because they'd probably assume you were getting it for your kids/brother's kids/friend's kids/daycare center/etc. Of course, to combat that, you could always proudly plunk it down on the counter and loudly announce to the cashier, "I'M BUYING THIS FOR MYSELF SO THAT I CAN WATCH CHILDREN'S CARTOONS AND GIGGLE!" That would remove any doubt.
