The people in this play are indicting God based on their belief that He has violated His biblical covenant with them. For the purposes of the trial, they are treating biblical events as actual events and are holding God accountable for actually making a covenant with them. This covenant entails not only a promise to "to make of Abraham a great nation and to bless those who bless him and curse those who curse him" but also a promise to give to the decedents of Abraham the land "from the Wadi[a] of Egypt to the great river, the Euphrates"--among other things.

There are people living today who identify themselves as those with whom God has literally made this covenant, and there are many among them who believe that it is being fulfilled as a political reality. They would likely agree that God is fulfilling His covenant in the sense that those who have "cursed them" are now cursed, and they are holding up their end of the agreement by driving out those who formerly occupied the land promised to them--though this process has yet to be completed. Although the upholding of God's commandments in this regard is certainly something that would please the God portrayed in Judaic scripture, it is nevertheless condemned by the speaker in this clip as immoral.

If, as the speaker suggests, an indication of God's being on one's side is the ability to successfully perpetrate acts of indiscriminate brutality, then it would seem that He is indeed on the side of many who still believe that He has actually made this covenant with them. If you ask me, though, I think He just likes white people in general.
