That was a lot of drama over Squeaky McSillyVoice.

chumbucket - 2011-05-24

YT doing what YT does best.

It seems that everyone who has become involved with Mr. Brav-o! on Youtube is a malformed shut-in. Not a shock, I guess, but I can't believe these people live in a world where Nick's mental illness and general dickishness is something they'd actually have to warn somebody about. I sort of assumed that most sentient beings would pick up on that one by themselves.

loveyouguys - 2011-05-24

This video was terrible. I had to turn it off after 50 seconds or so. The people who make videos like this one are almost violently unfunny.

The one posted recently in which he was interviewed on a television show was actually very entertaining and LOL. I would love to see his dreams come true and for him to "make it" in Hollywood. It would be oodles more interesting than having to sit through the latest Jake Gyllenhaal movie or whatever.

Burnov - 2011-05-23

Does anyone else remember Aaron Donahue from back in the early 00s?

He was a "luciferian" and an inert sociopath much like Nick seems to be.

Funny how satanists all seem to be lazy and entitled.

baleen - 2011-05-23

Is Satanism supposed to be a badge of selfishness and self-entitlement?

Jet Bin Fever - 2011-05-23

Yes actually. That's a basic foundation of their ideology. Like Rand and others, they promote self-gratification, self-entitlement, and self-promotion. All those great Nick Bravo trademarks.

StanleyPain - 2011-05-24

Uh. no they don't. At all. Nick Bravo would be immediately shamed and mocked by anyone actually into LaVey satanism. The Church of Satan isn't even remotely in the same league as Objectivism, that's utterly ludicrous.
The CoS is basically a "golden rule" philosophy wrapped up in a jokey, religion-like exterior which is milked for entertainment purposes. Satanism does not, in any way, advocate greedy self-pleasure at the expense of other people nor does it celebrate selfishness. The people who actually buy into the spells and rituals bullshit, lke Nicholas here, are usually dullards who have never read anything by LaVey and don't really know anything about Satanism. Satanism is barely a step or two above The Church of the Subgenius...to claim either have some serious cultural impact like the level of something like Randroid idiocy is to take it way too seriously. If anything, you guys are way more describing people into the OTO and the Golden Dawn, and all that pseudo occult bullshit.

loveyouguys - 2011-05-24

You fucking dumbass. Googling "Lavey Rand" will bring up a million results to refute you.

E.g., "I give people Ayn Rand with trappings" - Anton LaVey, founder of the Church of Satan (to Kim Klein of the Washington Post, 1970"

"LaVey stated that his religion was “just Ayn Rand's philosophy, with ceremony and ritual added."

"Anton LaVey - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
In the late 1960s and early 1970s, LaVey melded ideological influences from Friedrich Nietzsche, Ayn Rand, Aleister Crowley, H.L. Mencken, and Jack London ..."

If you know ANYTHING about Lavey, he did perform many spells and rituals in earnest. If OTO and the Golden Dawn are "pseudo-occult" then I can't help but wonder what you would consider the REAL OCCULT stuff to be.

Sorry to be a dick, but at least know wtf you're talking about before you go shooting your mouth off

loveyouguys - 2011-05-24

Burnov,

Yeah, I remember that guy, but I don't really see any similarities between the two.

LOL at you guys being all outraged over "self-gratification" and "laziness". I guess when y'all get off of work everyday you go straight to the soup kitchen to clock in a few hours, then head home, throw on your hairshirts and bale hay for a few hours before taking an ice cold shower, and maybe allowing yourself a couple pieces of stale bread and two hours of sleep.

baleen - 2011-05-24

Hey Nick Bravo, remember when you cried about Schopenhauer?

baleen - 2011-05-24

Ooooh, who's the new kid? I wonnnderrr..

Jet Bin Fever - 2011-05-24

veerrry curious

Burnov - 2011-05-24

"loveyouguys"

There is a vague similarity between Aaron Donahue and Nick Bravo in that both were self proclaimed luciferians, and both had an extreme aversion to real work, had a propensity for explosive temper tantrums, and saw their own personal gratification as their own highest virtue.

Since the aftermath of his "radio talkshow" career he's returned to using the name Aaron C Hansen, no doubt to put some elements of his past behind him.

Honestly, the only reason why I follow this shit is because I thoroughly enjoy internet drama.

Here's an account of Aaron Donahue's career that spanned across the past decade, take it for what you will, its on ATS which... well, need I say more:

http://www.abovetopsecret.com/forum/thread357011/pg1

I honestly don't deny much of what was put there, if you listened to any of his radio shows about how he whined and bitched about people not doing enough to elevate him to some kind of celebrity status, you'd think that account would not be terribly far off the mark.

Either way, I was just making a casual observation, I really don't give a shit one way or another, its all lulz to me.

Yes I said lulz.
