Took me a minute to get that it was satire.

You can tell a Poe by it's emphasis on logic (here's accurate scientific claims, here's an illogical creationist response). Actual creationist arguments usually have a moral emphasis and will either misstate the real arguments, or simply repeat common myths about creationist evidence.
