I fully endorse and engage in bringing my own food into huge multiplex chains of theaters. I am not paying for a hot dog just because I have nowhere else to go.

Independently run theaters are a different story and I happily pay for a nice bottle of Red Stripe each time I'm at the Crescent Theater in Mobile, AL.

The Alamo drafthouse has a different approach to food: No shitty concession stand hotdog, they'll give you a full entree and a bucket of beer to go with it.

There's an entire city called Austin.

What's so crazy about the Mass. rules?

Apparently, no drink discounts, no open bars or all-you-can-drink, no more than two drinks for one person at a time, no pitchers for fewer than two people, no drinking contests, no drinks as prizes, NO FREE DRINKS. Also, no alcohol sales on Memorial Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, and polling hours on election days.
