The last memorable thing I saw on that show was a girl looking a lez mag appearing on the cover a young girl with faux razorburn. One of my first Japan WTF moments for sure.

This is based on a true story. In 1991, a woman dressed as a bee went on a duck killing spree in Tokyo. 17 ducks were killed. This episode was dedicated to those lost ducks, although that dedication was heartlessly cut out of the American version.
