I just recently saw this on Blu Ray on a good TV and the new print is amazing...they really did a great job on the 1080p cleanup. The soundtrack is also amazing in DTSHD. Still a fantastic movie, despite only telling about half of the manga's storyline. "anime that doesn't suck" tag please.

This movie is good, but highly overrated. Because of its American release and the splash it made, it gets too much credit. Yes, the soundtrack is awesome and some of the visuals are interesting, but the plot is just ridiculous and half of the movie is
"TETSUUUUUUUUUUOOOOOOOOO!"
"KENEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEDAAAAA!"
