It's not tagged 'white people' because she's in jail. It's because of her self-entitled rich girl whining (eg. "You can't do this to me! I'm from Summerlin!"). You could also make a less PC argument it applies because her aggressive noncooperation was met with patience rather than a violent response from officers. But that's a bit unfair.

Self-entitlement, dancing ability, cultural identifiers and police reactions as qualities defined by tags in terms of race by be insensitive and unfair, but at least this use is consistent.

The only way we can right this is by uploading videos of desperate, miserable black people doing deplorable things and then attribute this behavior to their race rather than to a culture of poverty and ignorance engineered by white people!

Her schtick is pretty white, but I would argue it has nothing to do with self-entitlement. Sadly, self-entitlement has become more of a Western human being trait rather than a white people trait. See: "educated" lady on train from a couple of months back.
