Yeah, I was going to say something along those lines. If I were him, I would ride that tank to work from now on because those cars probably belong to people who consider themselves above the law (as demonstrated by their parking habits).

Not that there is anything lawful about destroying a car for a parking offense, but I agree with what baleen said.
