As far as the camera thing goes, Chris-chan figures the auto-adjust and auto-focus of his eyetoy is enough. And it is, to be fair, a decent enough camera but if it doesn't get enough light to record, or is hit repeatedly enough with heavy, fast-moving objects, it will take shitty videos that look like something out of Silent Hill.

That's not the only time. Remember when Hank and Peggy went out of town and Dale and Bill broke into their home to prove it could be broken into and then dressed like them to make potential robbers think there was somebody home? Bill dressed like Peggy. Sure, one of them had to be but I think Bill's choice was due to his underlying obsession with Peggy. Bill has problems. I blame his parents. Chris had problems dating way back to his early childhood, but instead of getting him to a specialist for help, they took him to their preacher, letting his problems worsen unchecked, and adding their own fucked-upedness to it.
Chris-chan was doomed from the start.

He gets very offended and angry if you suggest he get help. Barring a moment of utter, destructive clarity, he is never going to seek it voluntarily. Chris is stuck on a downward spiral of derangement until he does something that causes others to force him to get help -- and since his family won't ever do that, it's going to end up being the local authorities.

I used to feel that way but Chris-chan managed to not make a single correct life choice. His doctor told him to eat better and exercise more to cure his incontinence - which he didn't do.

The attraction sign saga could have ended a lot earlier if he obeyed the dean of his community college - which he didn't do.

His art (terrible as it is) might have been improved if he actually bothered to work at it and studied - which he didn't do. And Sonichu is not something he could show to other people and get money for. The sooner he grows out of that, the better.

It took him much longer to finish his CADD certificate than usual - 6 years instead of 2. He could have finished on time that would have required him to measure things accurately and follow instructions - which he didn't do.

His friends have deserted him, including very patient ones that could have been his friends his whole life. But respecting boundaries is something Chris didn't do.

White knights have been warning him ahead of times of trolling attempts, and he has continued to ignore them.

Dead_cat is right. If Chris-chan ever gets a moment of clarity, he'll either commit himself or eat a bullet. But that won't happen, so he'll be committed after he's arrested for doing something completely insane.
