The Tajiri segment and Paul Heyman's bit when he points out their lips and words don't match up, and yet leave out Heyman's delivery afterwards of the punchline, "THAT'S AMAZING, HOW DO THEY PRACTICE THAT?"

Terrible punchline, but he nails it.

* how do you leave out, during the tajiri segment...

seeing the full clip in the hopper, it appears that I misremembered Heyman's line. Oops.

Hey, double nerd stream crossing, but Ka En Tai is the name of the dojo Taka Michinoku runs in Japan, and the name of the promotion he runs out of it. During some episodes of Game Center CX, the crew would host fan events or special challenges where Inoko MAX (a huge wrestling fan) would play a wrestling video game in the ring against someone else. I noticed more often than not they used Ka En Tai, which I thought was funny. Between his run in WWE and the GameCenter segments, its safe to assume that Taka must have a pretty huge sense of humor about himself.

Good thing that both Tajiri and Taka are back in Japan, doing actual wrestling and not soap operas.

Cena_mark - 2011-09-20

They just couldn't hack it with the best. The best are in the WWE.

lol

Now you're just trolling, Cena. Taka and Tajiri were the best things to happen to American wrestling, and you know it!

Cena_mark - 2011-09-20

You think Tajiri can take Cena? You're crazy.

Let's not dump on Tajiri's run in America, now. After doing awesome work in ECW, in WWE he was a multi-time tag champ, was featured in a TLC match on RAW, and was one of the more fun parts of the RAW midcard around the time when the Rock left and RAW seemed in a nosedive. Even when he had that Geisha story-line with Torrie Wilson, that wasn't as bad as it could have been.

I think for a Japanese wrestler who couldn't speak English that had a mid-card career in the states, Tajiri did very well for himself.

And with this brilliantly stupid gimmick, they finally found a way to get a few Japanese wrestlers over.

They're no Ricky Steamboats.
