So the guy actually was zapping him with some sort of radiation thing? That's certainly .. interesting. Can't see how it has anything to do with the gang stalking crazies, though. Unless they think everyone has got hidden microwave guns aimed at their tinfoil.

Some of these videos, i think from another gangstalked yt user, are linking that as "proof" that they are being harrased by all sorts of secret groups.

I'm still waiting to get reimbursed for all the hubcaps I've had to throw away.

Last week they made me break out a headlight and I got a ticket from the Sheriff.

REMEMBER THE A B C's OF GANGSTALKING!

A- ALWAYS KEEP YOUR DISTANCE. Staying close to a target may make it easier to track their movements and target them with directed energy weapons, but it's also the easiest way to get noticed. Remember to stay back and use your Citizen Disguise Training to be most effective.

B - BRING BACK INFORMATION. A gangstalking shift isn't any use to anyone if you don't come back to base without key information on your subject. While reporting what they ate for lunch, what time they went to the bathroom, or what color pants their wearing may sound boring to YOU, remember that it is precisely this kind of information that Central needs in order to effectively decide how best to implement the New World Order. It might not seem important at the time, but that gardening tool your subject just bought? Yeah...we need to know about that too.

C - CALL WITH QUESTIONS. Too often, field stalkers attempt to troubleshoot or deal with issues on their own without consulting Control. Remember, if you are confronted by your target, being filmed or recorded in anyway, do not directly engage them! Instead, place a call to control so that your departure plan can be formulated and another stalker can take over. The incident last month in which one of our agents was recorded on camera exposing his buttocks to one particular subject is a perfect example of how not to deal with a target. Remember, call for instructions and maintain contact with the target's head using your equipped NEURO-ENERGY MODULATOR BEAM or your own scanning ability (if you are rated as a Class 2 Scanner or higher).
