The IBGS has been fighting for better working hours for a long time, but I think they understand the nature of the job and don't push it too much.

They would need to hire more perps if they cut back on working hours, and then there would be only one target for every thousand perps. The target:perp ratio is already bad enough, and the targets deserve better.

The compensation more than makes up for it imho.

It's just paranoid schizophrenia doing what it does. But some of the crazies have gotten hold of cameras and are recording the non-existent stalking being perpetrated against them.

So it mainly consists of them insulting random strangers, shoving cameras in their faces, and accusing the local squirrels of being robots programmed by the Bilderberg Group to murder them.

Not all the gangstalking victims assume it has to do with government conspiracies and such. In fact, when the gangstalking victim movement first started emerging on the internet, it was mainly people who, for whatever reason, assumed the neighborhood they lived in was banding together to force them to leave the neighborhood by supposedly continuously harassing them (i.e. living their everyday lives) Mental illness is still a factor, obviously, but the beginnings of the "movement" was more about "EVERYONE IS OUT TO GET ME" rather than "EVERYONE IS OUT TO GET ME BECAUSE THEY ARE REPTILIAN STAR AGENTS UNDER ORDERS FROM THE NWO AND THE SECRET UNDERGROUND FEMA OVERLORDS"

Maybe he would send something entirely implausible and ill conceived as a "space helicopter". You know, those aircraft that operate on the principles of lift... in a vacuum environment.
