Maybe it's a good idea to have superheroes going to that chain of stores regularly, they seem to be some sort of focus point that evil doers might aim for.

Target absolutely does build intricate profiles on everyone that enters their stores, so TIs probably think nothing of it.

They missed an opportunity for someone to assume the Flash worked at Target just because he's wearing red.

Also, I can see DC insisted on the "New 52" look for these versions of their main heroes, since the guys all have that faux-armor pattern on their costumes now.
