A beep boop tag would not be amiss.

fluffy
Added. Thanks for the suggestion.

Rad Gravity is the best / worst intro music

Reminds me of Maniac Mansion (it shows up at 3:12 btw)

Jet Bin Fever
So many memories. Renting a free crappy game at the video store with my Report Card and not having any idea what would show up on the title screen. Then you see that card and hear the music. So many memories.

Be sure to check the comments and read the debate about whether 8 comes before 10.
fluffy
holy shit.

and of course if they're doing lexicographical ordering then 10 should come before 3D World Runner too

EvilHomer
Hey fluffy, this is kind of a weird question, but you remember that guy you used to work with? The one who fucked his dog and uploaded all the photos to a company computer? Do you remember what his name was? He came up in conversation at work the other day, but I can't for the life of me remember what he was called.

fluffy
Skylos. He has been laying low for the last few years as far as I can tell.

fluffy
Oh, never mind, just found him on linkedin and google+. He's at least pretending to be a functional human being these days. Best to just leave him alone.

Never knew they made Ballblazer for the NES!
infinite zest
heh. Ballblazer

Can I get an ID on the one that starts at 24:39? Title is… not readily comprehensible (not in Roman characters?)
EvilHomer
Wurm: Journey to the Center of the Earth. It's the Japanese version.

rural
Thank you very much!

Linus Spacehead looks like a young Jay Sherman.
The Mothership
Until today I had no idea that they ever made a Rocky & Bullwinkle game. Now I know that they did.

Otherwise this is 3 hours of magical memories.
infinite zest
Yeah. I was really into Rocky and Bullwinkle when I was a kid (well, still am) but had to settle on one game for my birthday and it was Jackie Chan's Action Kung Fu, which I got soooo good at.

I didn't realize that so many of these games had digitized voice.

fluffy
They probably blew like 10% of their ROM space on that one impressive DPCM sample.

infinite zest
In advance I feel kinda bad about submitting the SNES one; fluffy deserves all the credit for introducing me to my childhood. How did he do this? I'm assuming it's roms and he doesn't have every game, but at least the ROM emulator I have (which is a pretty new one) couldn't do Actraiser's intro right and although I only got to the As, I haven't seen a single glitch.

Also, it's 9 hours. Depending on how it was compiled, that's an extra.. I'd say 15-20 seconds of cutting if you know what you're doing. This guy took a lot of time to make these. Now make a Genesis one!
Caminante Nocturno
Such wonderful memories, a feast for the senses.

Get a load of the Nightmare Ren Fetus at 1:57:11.
