Awesome, I was trying to show this to my parents the other day but the only clips on Youtube were shot off of a TV screen on someone's cell phone.
I bought the DVDs. Not only because they've hunted down almost all the clips from YouTube and other big services, but because I think Chappelle's Show was geniunely remarkable and influential in its time.

Then I watched the DVDs and... It's not exactly all gold.

But stuff like the whole uncut Rick James interview makes everything worth the 20 bucks or something I paid.

The Mothership
This and the Rick James ones were the best sketches. Playa Haters' Ball a close 2nd.
blue vein steel
Playa Haters Ball is my favorite, or at least the one i quoted most frequently in under-grad. But the Charlie Murphy true hollywood stories are my 2nd.

I like the World Series of Dice a lot, too.

Chappelle Show was brillaint. The only bad thing about it was the fans.

Like Monty Python.

Actually Monty Python is only like Chapelle Show in that it has horrible fans. I never found Monty Python to be funny. I just never got it's brand of random access humor.

Never failed to make me laugh, the way Chappelle's Prince just drifted slowly down after dunking that ball.
This whole thing was so beautifully done, from the Murphy voiceover and the great editing to the costumes and just sheer idiocy of this story. The core of it being the moral: never judge a book by its cover.

I lose it every time at "game: blouses".
