Been looking forward to this, but sadly the timing of it and the fact that it will likely try to land some aspirational message may not jive so well after months of pandemic lockdown and the complete breakdown of american society.
However, seeing Alex Winter back in front of the camera doing funny things like being goofy in a muscle body prosthetic gives me those good idiot box / freaked feels that I've been missing for decades.
To be honest, they probably pulled back their marketing budget on this given the current pandemic. Given that America being the land of dumb dumbs that it is and infection rates are re-spiking, we'll probably end up watching this on a streaming service rather than in a theater.
I have based my whole life's philosophy on Bill & Ted's teachings.
1 Be excellent to each other.
2. Party on, dudes!
3. Dust. Wind. Dude.
4. Best 3 out of 5.
5. You might be a king or a lowly street sweeper, but sooner or later you dance with the reaper.
6. No way!
7. Yes way.
8. Station!
Technically teachings from historical characters kidnapped by Bill and Ted, but you get the idea.
