The worst leaked footage I saw that will be burned into my brain forever was of a twitching, convulsing patient at a hospital. A heavy blanket had been placed over them covering their face as well as body. Basic care had become 'mitigation'. With the blanket in place and with everything else going on the individual was doomed to a slow death of suffocation. Because again 'mitigation'. The blanket was in place to stop the biohazard from spreading to others regardless of the feelings of the poor soul underneath it. Whatever opinions they had on the matter were irrelevant and death would find them eventually blanket or no. At first I found that absolutely vile and barbaric. But then I started to realize the entire thing had turned into a survival scenario where ugly decisions have to be made sometimes. Boy, I tell you those doctors and nurses are gonna be fucked up for life after that shit. I can not imagine somebody seeing all of that going on around them and even having to personally make tough calls not get screwed up in the head a little.

This should be standard policy world wide for all anti maskers.

Sudden cut, change in audio quality, then the screaming starts. This looks heavily edited to make you hate Chiner.
Yep. This footage is almost a year old and first time I saw it there was none of this bullshit audio.
what's your stance on gait recognition and social credit ranking?
Destroy anyone proposing it and everything they have a hand in.
Gait recognition is a fascinating technology that AFAIK was first used by giant malls in North America to track individual clients and map people flows. I know for a fact that Metropolis at Metrotown in Burnaby BC used this. It can be used for good: optimizing placement of trash bins so people don't litter, and benches/doors etc. It can also be used to manipulate people by optimizing placement of advertising or divert shoppers to certain stores. Honestly in a closed environment like a mall and if the IDed people aren't actually linked back to their non-mall existence it's not too evil, you kinda accept that level of bullshit by walking into a mall.
When used by a government in a mass-surveillance society (looking at you, Britain and also China), obviously it's a massively useful tool that can/will be abused. Of course this is a problem with mass-surveillance, not gait recognition in and of itself.
Social credit ranking sounds like dystopian-70s-novel kinda evil. We already see shades of it outside of China where e.g. some tech companies won't even look at applicants who don't have a LinkedIn profile. I imagine even normal employers or landlords try to find applicants on social media, and a complete blank is a bigger red flag than sassy tweets.
I'm comfortable calling out blatant sinophobia and also being critical of the evil that the People's Republic of China does. Reality isn't good guys vs bad guys.
what's your stance on pee in coke?
I long for a future where consenting piss-lovers of all ethnicities, genders, and types of deformities are able to enjoy a Coca-Cola together.
If it's non-consenting I think most countries would consider that a form of poisoning.

There's a NYT article that come out in the last few days that laments the CCP gaining popular support from their COVID response, and puts this down to scary, pervasive propaganda and censorship.
China would have had nearly two million deaths if their per capita death rates were the similar to the US. Instead, they had a competent response that prevented massive death and economic collapse. Of course people feel good about the Party right now. Like, duh.
The amount of rabid sinophobic propaganda that Americans are exposed to is wild. Even entirely discounting anything to the right of CNN.
