underrated movie if only for Myers's playing his own Scottish immigrant dad

When I was in high school, the ability to perform this entire monologue from memory was an acid test for who was in my closest circle of friends.

This movie is a lot funnier when you're in high school. But Hartman's delivery was just perfect. And Alan Arkin as the chief.
