Dogs have been domesticated so long that they in a real way still embody a humanity that humans themselves have long sense lost, making dogs better humans than humans. While tens of thousands of years later human beings have come to hate one another with a cold, unnatural passion, dogs still recall the time when community was the only key to survival against an uncaring world.
