Chris and Barb may be terrible human beings, but it's ridiculous to assume it's a scam when the much more likely combination of age, unhealthy living, bad genetics, and three decades of having Chris-Chan for a son--I mean really: Thirty years of Christian Weston Chandler, all day, every day--is killing her.
My god. Soon Barb will be dead, and this story is going to take a very dark turn. Like, Garth Marenghi dark.
