I remember when these things were briefly in the public eye in the early 90s, but they're only the second dumbest alternative keyboard I've seen. The dumbest was a box with 10 holes you stuck your fingers in that were actually a bunch of two-axis controllers, and you typed by moving your fingers in different combinations of directions. It was supposed to be way faster than a conventional keyboard if you learned to use it.
