Always something interesting from VWestlife! I like his AM stereo demos, and transmitter tests too.

I remember these being out, but never had any of these systems. The first one I saw advertised was the VCR Rabbit, it used VHF and was also banned at an earlier time. It transmitted through an antenna, and it was forced to operate wired only, and maybe to use UHF, I could be wrong on some details.

Interesting that they had to ban the Archer, even with it being wired, and fully shielded, and I guess the concern was signal leakage to the new licensed users of those frequencies. That would have been a low potential for harmful interference I'd have to think at that high of a frequency.

I had that Quasar Hi-Fi VCR shown later in the video, but not the tuner part of it. I'm wondering where that went in all of my stuff.
