Basically the same thing they did to brown people but now whitey gets to see how it tastes too. Huge swaths of the population will be priced into vast slums ala Calcutta. You'll have these bewildered people streaking down from whatever social station they thought they had like shooting stars with class mobility completely gutted. And of course the point is to keep you held down where you land. And then you are going to end up with gross people that think this is wonderful because the slums will act as a great filter. A place 'where you deserve to be' unless you can prove to the gate keepers of this system you have some special sauce that puts you above the rest.
