Charles - 2009-09-21 I'm not sure what he's going on about, but if he needs an explanation, I thought it was the Oregon Museum of Science and Industry sub, the USS Blueback (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/OMSI), which was featured in the film The Hunt for Red October. However, the emergency surface scene in that movie was apparently not performed by the Blueback, but the Houston (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Hunt_for_Red_October_%28film%29) . I had heard somewhere that this video was one of the rehearsal videos for that scene. I could be wrong. I don't know much about submarines aside from what I read in wikipedia. Randroid, have fun on the USS CAPSLOCK.

This is the same footage SEGA digitalized for the opening to 688 Attack Sub, the Genesis game.
Also, it's funny how we can tell what kiint has been watching on Youtube by the number of videos s/he has on the front page. Weapons, aircraft, navy... What's next?
