I still find it amusing how casually it conflates "MARRY AND REPRODUCE" to the litany of consumer zombie paranoia. John Carpenter is an honorary member of VEHMT for that.

I was JUST telling a friend of mine how utterly badass this movie is, and especially this scene. This movie, along with his role in It's Always Sunny recently, has me convinced that Roddy Piper is an awesome actor.
Every time anyone takes off sunglasses in a script it's now called a "Piper."
The first draft of every CSI: Miami script has only dozens upon dozens of "Pipers" for direction.
Five stars for They Live.

Kind of cool, but the shots of him putting on and taking off glasses gets really old fast.
This movie was arguably as good as "Hell Comes To Frogtown."
