Raggamuffin - 2011-01-22 Just because they are asking for donations doesn't mean they are sustained by them. According to Sourcewatch.org, Newsbusted gets it's money from the MRC (mentioned at the start of a video).
The MRC is funded by a few conservative foundations including The Scaife Foundation (who are practically super-villains), and Exxon Mobile (who are basically Captain Planet villains).

Stars to my surprise that there are people enjoying this thing in the yt comments. That or they just fap to this woman, or maybe a bit of both. Makes sense, the only way angry frustrated middle age white guys can get off is by cheap puns towards people with different beliefs. All this while presented by a mature woman in a suit.

I love "NewsBusted". The god awful jokes, the cheap production values, the canned laughter, the weak writing, the effort to mirror every detail of the Daily Show right down to the theme song.... It's like the Colbert Report, sans irony.

I'm still invested in the belief that this is all just a long running elaborate prank. In another 3 years when this youtube show is going nowhere fast she will develop (or continue) a meth habit which in turns forces her to go to rehab. Then if she manages the meth stunt she will turn around and tell us she had us all fooled. Which then no one will care because this has no exposure nor will any of this be relevant. With this she will commit murder-suicide on her cat and dog being that they are her kids.
