To survive an interview with him you really have to be quick on your feet, have a solid command of the facts and a high tolerance for insulting questions delivered in a tone of voice that seems to say "I know you're a fool and a fraud, and I can demonstrate it without your help, however I'd be quite amused to hear what you can come up with to try and justify your manifest idiocy".
